Important Notice Regarding the Laco Shop Update

On January 19, we will be migrating our online shop to a new e-commerce system. During the transition phase, there may be occasional limitations:

• Existing customers will need to register once again in the new shop.
  Unfortunately, logging in with previous credentials will not be possible.
• Orders placed within the 8 days prior to January 19 may, in some cases, not receive an automatic shipping confirmation.
  Rest assured, all orders will be shipped as usual. If necessary, the shipping confirmation will be sent manually.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact our Laco Service team at any time by email or phone—we will be happy to assist you.

We are working intensively on this necessary system upgrade. Once completed, all familiar services will be fully available to you again without restrictions.
