Terms and Conditions Giveaway
100 Years – 100 Days – 100 Watches

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway organized by Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH (Rastatter Straße 8, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany) and are governed exclusively by German law.

§ 1 Entry Period

Entry via the Facebook channel is possible from July 28, 2025 at 16:00 CET until August 3, 2025 at 23:59 CET. Any changes to these dates will be announced in the same manner as the original giveaway.

§ 2 How to Enter

All users who follow the instructions in the Instgram post dated July 28 during the entry period specified in § 1 are eligible to participate. Each person may enter only once. Participation is free of charge and automatically confirmed by completing the steps described in the post.

§ 3 Eligibility

Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or older. Employees of Laco Uhrenmanufaktur GmbH and their family members are excluded.

§ 4 Prize

We will draw two limited-edition FRIEDA anniversary watches from all valid entries. The draw will take place immediately after the entry period ends. Cash payments or exchanges are not possible.

§ 5 Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via private message on Instagram. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Winners are selected by lot; legal recourse is excluded.

§ 6 Data Protection

Should you win, we will contact you to collect your shipping address. Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

§ 7 Liability

We accept no liability for technical malfunctions. Any complaints regarding the conduct of the giveaway must be submitted in writing to gewinnspiel@laco.de within 14 days of becoming aware of the issue.

§ 8 Validity of These Terms

Only the terms and conditions available at the time of your participation apply. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
