Big watch, big presence, distinct traces: the Saarbrücken Erbstück is a historically faithful, hand-aged pilot watch with a type A dial and an automatic movement in a 45 mm case. On a surface this size, the patina makes a particularly striking impression.
Laco ages every component individually: the case and crown receive signs of wear, the dial an antique look, the blued hands an individual aging. The result is a unique piece that looks as though it has lived a pilot's life.
The construction dates back to the 1940s: a barrel-shaped case with straight lugs, plus a closed press-fit case back with engraving and a large crown. Among the five historic manufacturers worldwide, Laco is the only one that still builds in this original construction.
The automatic movement winds itself as you wear it, and the aged brown riveted vintage leather strap holds the powerful case securely. Choose from three aging levels, from restrained to heavily marked. A hand-aged pilot watch for anyone looking for a piece with character and presence.
