Type A dial, sunburst finish, stainless steel bracelet: the Augsburg Blaue Stunde 42 MB is the most refined version of the Blaue Stunde series – a blue pilot watch with a metal bracelet and automatic movement that pairs as easily with a suit as with jeans.
The deep blue of the dial recalls the sky just after sunset and gains a cool, crisp frame from the steel bracelet. The pilot’s triangle and large hour numerals ensure quick orientation, while the matte black hands stand out clearly and glow at night, just like the numerals.
Case and bracelet with curved end links form a unit with noticeable substance on the wrist. If you know the ORIGINAL series, you will see the difference immediately: instead of matte steel and straight lugs, a satin-finished surface and a flowing line. Through the sapphire crystal case back you can see the automatic movement, which is also available as the Laco 31 caliber with a longer power reserve.
